**Your mission**:
As a **Content Marketing Lead** your main responsibility is to be responsible for supporting the sales team in pre
- and post-sales activities by delivering best-in-class content of all forms, supporting and contributing to both acquisition and farming opportunities.

Also, you are responsible for creating the value proposition based on Product Management information shared, generating materials to support go-to-market strategies, and curating/ continuously improving the library of materials for their assigned area. You’ll work cross-functionally with all functions across the business including the Marketing Team with critical connections with Field Marketing, Brand & PR, Creative Design.

- _Creates value proposition statements for the SOPHiA GENETICS portfolio of services and products _
- _Defines key messages for all the buyer personas at selected critical steps in their journey, highlighting product/company values and differentiators after monitoring market trends, competitors’ positioning, and advertising messaging_
- _Produces SEO content to boost organic website traffic, incorporating specific keywords defined by Field Marketing and Digital Marketing_
- _Works closely with partners and the Field Marketing Team to develop and deploy co-marketing materials aiming at generating awareness for the agreed personas and market_
- _Reviews SOPHiA GENETICS press releases, training material and additional technical content (i.e., Release Notes and Operational Manuals) to support global and regional campaigns_
- _Defines, develops, and deploys content for global events_

**The experience you bring**
- _Advanced scientific degree, as MD or Ph.D. in Life Sciences or related field, is required _
- _Min 3 years of content marketing or a related marketing experience in health tech, medical devices or biotechnology related company is required _
- _Fluent in English is required. Any other language would be an asset_
- _Storytelling and writing skills _
- _Skilled at formulating differentiated valued proposition statements based on information provided _
- _Good understanding of SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement _
- _Serves as an ambassador for the SOPHiA GENETICS mission. Demonstrates commercial and organizational awareness and works to connect their own efforts and results to the bigger picture. _
- _Demonstrates active listening skills and can communicate complex information so all can digest and understand. Deliberately shares information to strengthen outcomes._
