Dans ce contexte, nous recrutons un Support Lead / Incident Manager pour un client grand compte du secteur du luxe à Genève.
LE POSTE:

Dans un département axé sur la haute performance et la créativité, nous offrons cette opportunité pour une personne enthousiaste et motivée pour rejoindre l'équipe de support de la zone de produit "Contenu marketing" dans nos bureaux à Genève.
Notre responsable du support technologique de groupe travaillera sur des sujets de support pour les différents produits de l'Espace Produits.
Votre objectif principal sera de vous assurer que nos engagements envers l'entreprise en termes d'accompagnement sont respectés tout en améliorant la qualité de notre service.
Vos tâches seront livrées en fonction de la priorité et du SLA envers notre entreprise.
Vos 3 premiers mois seront l'occasion de participer activement aux déploiements Maison et Hypercare et construire la base de connaissances avec toute la documentation et les procédures nécessaires pour lancer le soutient de l'industrialisation.
OBJECTIF PRINCIPAL:

- Gérer le travail de support de niveau 3, y compris la gestion des incidents et des problèmes dans le cadre de la zone de produit au sein de la technologie du groupe
- Gérer la collaboration avec le support de niveau 2 (Maison) et le support de niveau 4 (fournisseurs)
- Gérer l'exécution et l'amélioration continue et l'ajustement du support interne lié aux contrôles et processus
- Gérer les rapports d'assistance et la communication
- Sécuriser et optimiser la stabilité des Applications dans le périmètre du Domaine Produit
- Participer activement à la communauté de pratique de support

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS:

Être en charge du support de niveau 3 dans toute la zone de produits:

- Gérer l'assistance et assurer la résolution appropriée des problèmes et des demandes provenant de notre outils de ticketing (ServiceNOW / JIRA)
- Documenter les processus, les procédures et les directives et s'assurer qu'ils sont appliqués
- Organiser et surveiller la qualité du travail fourni par nos équipes offshore
- Gérer l'exécution et l'amélioration continue et l'ajustement du support aux contrôles et processus internes connexes
- Gérer la transition vers le support après les périodes du projet Hypercare
- Définir et gérer le plan d'action d'amélioration continue visant à améliorer notre SLA résultat et diminuer le volume d'incidents
- Détection de problèmes de support graves et durables (récurrents)
- Définir et gérer le reporting interne visant à mieux suivre les activités de Support
- S'assurer que les rapports sur les accords de niveau de service sont effectués et communiqués aux entreprises
- Assurer une communication régulière avec le support de niveau 2 de toutes les Maisons et le niveau 4 (Assistance de tous les fournisseurs)
- Assurer un flux d'information et de communication efficace et fluide au sein de l'équipe et ainsi qu'une communication approfondie entre les équipes et une bonne intégration de l'équipe externe
- Autogérer son temps et ses activités

**Profil recherché**:

- Formation préliminaire:

- Diplôme universitaire en technologie de l'information ou en génie ou en administration des affaires
- Domaines de compétences / Expérience:

- Connaissance de la gestion de projets informatiques, et plus particulièrement du processus de développement logiciel agile
- Connaissance pratique des points d'intégration
- Compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation
- Expérience sur l'environnement international
- Expérience de travail avec des ressources offshore
- Connaissances sur le Cloud
- Langues:
