For our Swiss Affiliate in Baar we are recruiting for an

**Intern Commercial Excellence**

**About the role**

As an intern, you will bring fresh perspectives to how we deliver to our customers, and we will provide you an experiential learning opportunity with industry insights and access to experts in their field. Your 12-month internship has been designed to provide you with a broad biotech industry experience, exposure to multiple therapeutic areas, critical organizational projects and opportunities to grow.

**What You’ll Do**
- Situational analysis and tactical planning
- Assist the analysis of the market and competitors to generate insights and derivate strategic countermeasures.
- Support and lead single tactic implementations within various therapeutic areas
- Support the cross functional teams to align the local strategy with the global/regional strategy and leverage/adapt based on local needs the global tactical plans to deliver multichannel campaign plans.
- Medical project management support
- Support the medical team in executing strategic projects in collaboration with major Swiss Health Care Provider
- Localization of scientific publications based on global materials
- Co-creation of digital communication channels
- Local implementation of marketing programs and inspiring excellence in execution
- Drive the adaptation of materials and tactics to local regulatory, compliance and legal requirements and languages (driving efficiency in levering materials from Regional/Global)
- Collaborate in communicating the country needs and potential solutions and then leverage the content, material and tactics delivered by EU+.
- Derive therapeutic area specific digital multichannel excellence strategies and implement them in collaboration with the product managers

**Qualifications**:
**Required Skills**:

- M.A./M.Sc. required, in related field preferred (business, science, technology)
- A major in in Marketing, Biotechnology, and/or Healthcare Management is preferred.
- Preferably “Big Four” or consulting experience
- Preferably experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Good IT skills
- Written and spoken proficiency in both English/German and ideally French.
