Im Finance Operations Team unterstützt du mit deinem Engagement und folgenden Aufgaben andere Bereiche innerhalb des Finance:

- Pflege der Debitorenbuchhaltung
- Verwaltung von Zahlungseingängen und -ausgängen mit E-Banking und Multibanking Tool
- Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Mitarbeit bei der Bereinigung unklarer Zahlungen mit unserer Kundschaft
- Stellvertretende Aufbereitung der Kreditoren-Zahlungen aus dem SAP und Oracle System
- Wiederkehrende Tätigkeiten aus dem Bereich Leasing/Lease Check (Lease Quotations, Restwertkalkulation, etc.)
- Mitarbeit bei diversen Projekten
- Nach Möglichkeit: Betreuung des kaufmännischen Lernenden

Bist du eine zuverlässige, strukturierte und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, welche sich gerne in einem dynamischen Umfeld weiterentwickeln möchte? Dann bringst du neben deiner verantwortungsbewusster und prozessorientierter Arbeitsweise in Kombination mit guter Kommunikationsfähigkeit genau das Richtige mit, um unser Finance Operations Team zu verstärken.

**Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung, wie z.B. Lehre oder Handelsschule
- Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung als Voraussetzung,
- Berufserfahrung im Finance Bereich von Vorteil
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office und in Oracle, idealerweise auch in SAP
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Deutsch, gute schriftliche und mündliche Kenntnisse in Englisch, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
