Area Sales Manager / Verkaufsleitung CH 100%
Was du bei uns bewegen kannst
- Akquisition der potenziellen Kunden und Betreuung der bestehenden Kunden
- Durchführung von Machbarkeitsanalysen und Bearbeitung von kundenspezifischen Lösungen
- Überwachung und Nachfassung der laufenden Projekte
- Ausarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen unter Einbezug der internen und externen Fachstellen
- Pflege und Kontrolle der CRM-Daten für das zugeteilte Verkaufsgebiet
- Bearbeitung von Kundenprojekten, Erstellung und Verfolgen von Angeboten inkl. technischen
Beschreibungen
- Erarbeiten, Treffen und Einleiten von verkaufsfördernden Massnahmen
- Durchführung von projektspezifischen Abklärungen und Analysen
- Fachliche Führung der Mitarbeitenden im Bereich (Verkauf CH)
- Verantwortlich für Umsatz und Kostenstellenbudget
So begeisterst du uns
- Technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung (EFZ) im Bereich Automation, Maschinen
- und
Anlagebau, Elektrotechnik / Elektronik oder ITC mit Weiterbildung auf Tertiärstufe
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Französischkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher) erforderlich, Englisch von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer verantwortungsvollen Funktion im Verkauf / Kundenkontakt in einem in
- dustriellen Umfeld (Investitionsgüter)
- Reisebereitschaft
- Erste Personalführungserfahrung
