Your ‘day to day’

As a BR Reviewer you will perform critical review of executed batch production records while managing intermediate and finished product nonconformities and related corrective & preventive actions in order to confirms that the product can be released for commercial manufacturing. You'll be part of a diverse team looking for someone who can share knowledge and has a curiosity to learn

More specifically, you'll
- Ensure all relevant standards are respected along the manufacturing process and provide support to Quality and Production teams to analyze nonconformities and to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide reports and technical support to relevant departments related to quality performance and assessment of the product quality in line with QMS procedures.
- Ensure timely quality support in case of quality problems encountered on products by providing quality risk assessment and accurate action plan to reduce the negative impact on the KPIs.
- Define and implement a monitoring system of manufactured products through appropriate data and trend analysis to identify potential deviation and preventive actions.
- Support the manufacturing team in the establishment and revision of the batch documentation, providing guidance on data and record management.

Who we’re looking for
- Degree in Engineering, Science, quality or equivalent.
- Seasoned knowledge of relevant standards (ISO), QA process, statistical and analytical tools within a production and/or quality environment.
- Strong ability to transform data into insightful information and report.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry regulations would be an asset.
- Good communicator with the ability to set and challenge priorities.
- Willing to learn, flexible and self-taught.
- Action oriented with a customer focus and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in French and English
