**Roles and Responsibilities**
Providing secretarial/administrative support to the marketing leadership team:
- Managing of calendar and time schedule
- Organizing internal and external meetings, workshops, sales conferences (incl. budget coordination, agendas, logistics, catering, meeting/greeting visitors, etc.)
- Setting up business travel (incl. agendas, flights, hotel, transportation, visa)
- Managing travel expenses
- Managing absent requests (incl. travel, holidays)
- Supporting with executive-level PowerPoint presentations (collating, publishing) and creation of meeting minutes
- General office management tasks
- Correspondence with internal & external partners including agencies
- Supporting the Global Head of Marketing & Consumer Engagement and Head of Marketing Europe in other ad-hoc projects
- Managing Marketing Calendar (collecting data, coordinating, updating & publishing)
**Your ideal profile**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of experience working as a team assistant (or in a similar role)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High business
- and solution-orientation
- Hands-on, pragmatic, energetic personality with a high sense of initiative and drive
- Strong capacity for teamwork
- Language Skills: fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
