As an ORF impact Intern, you will provide assistance to the Olympic Refuge Foundation Team.
**Main responsibilities**
- Provides assistance and knowledge and helps the Impact Manager in the areas of:
- Administration
- Project Management
- Communication
- Monitoring, evaluation, research and learning.
- Generally, lends assistance to colleagues when priorities and emergencies dictate.
- Provide administrative and project support to the Olympic Refuge Foundation in the areas of:
- Administration and support to the operations of the Olympic Refuge Foundation Think Tank (including communications with members, meeting set up and preparation, minutes, contract administration, project management, social media and communications);
- Administration and support to the operations of the Sport for Refugees Coalition (including support to the co-convenors, communication with members, meeting set up and preparation, event support, monitoring and learning activities, communications);
- Support the maintenance, management and operations of the Olympic Refuge Foundation impact monitoring system (including, data input, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualisation for non-programme workstreams).
**Our requirements**
- University qualification preferably in the area of development studies, social sciences, or data sciences
- Experience in project support/ coordination and administration from previous professional, intern or voluntary role(s).
- Experience working as part of a team and in a fast paced environment. Knowledge and understanding of the humanitarian and development sector (desirable)
- Knowledge and understanding of the world of sport, including the concepts of sport for development/protection.
- High familiarity and competence with the Microsoft 365 suite of products (especially SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (essential) and Power BI (desirable)).
- Digitally savvy, proficiency in social media
- Fluent in English and French
- Lived experience in displacement settings an asset
- Team player
- Ability to anticipate problems and propose solutions.
- Autonomy, sense of organisation and priorities.
- Good ability to manage stressful situations and handle the unexpected.
- Accuracy, speed and reliability when executing tasks.
- Ability to communicate and deal with people on a daily basis.

- Adaptable with regards to working hours and flexibility.
- Excellent command of the “corporate” tools and follows the internal usage rules (OneDrive, Outlook, etc.).
