Host - Sales Associate

For a new hospitality hot spot in Gstaad, we are currently recruiting a multilingual Hospitality professional with prior Retail / Hotel / Restaurant background for their beautiful location in the mountain resort of Saanen-Gstaad (Kanton Bern).
**POSITION
Your main responsibilities will be the following:
- To ensure a role of welcoming and service to customers in the different product areas they offer
- To participate in the development of sales, thanks to adapted advice and a personalised follow-up
- To develop loyalty and long-lasting relations with the clientele
To participate in the store daily activities (merchandise reception and storage, visual merchandising, handling payments, after-sales service, inventories)

**PROFILE
We are ideally looking for a person with the following:
- Previous sales / customer service experience (min. 3 years) in a premium / luxury retail store or hotel-restaurant environment
- Experience in Wines, Spirits or Cigars would be ideal
- Sense of responsibilities, autonomy, dynamism and enthusiasm
- Sales, customer service and Premium product experience
- Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborative and Team spirit
- Fluency either in German/English or French/English, other languages would represent assets
The position will require long working shifts as well as evening and week-end availability
