Le Concours Eurovision de la Chanson 2025 aura lieu en Suisse. Avec quelque 180 millions de téléspectateur.trices, l'Eurovision est l'événement musical à la plus forte pénétration au monde. Vous aussi, devenez membre de l'équipe de l'Eurovision et participez à son succès

**Votre mission**: Pour le Concours Eurovision de la Chanson 2025 (Eurovision), nous recherchons un.e Hospitality Coordinator pour effectuer une mission à durée déterminée de novembre 2024 à fin mai 2025 (novembre-décembre 30 %, janvier 50 % et février-mai 100 %). Dans ce rôle, vous serez en charge de l'organisation de toute l'hospitalité à la St. Jakobshalle et l'Arena Plus durant l'Eurovision 2025. Au sein de l'équipe ESC Event, votre cahier des charges est le suivant:

- établir le concept d'hospitalité pour l'Eurovision 2025 à la St. Jakobshalle et l'Arena Plus;
- mettre en place les différents espaces d'hospitalité et les différents packages et offres d'hospitalité pour l'Eurovision 2025 en collaboration avec le ticketing manager et la ville de Bâle;
- mettre en place la logistique des espaces d'hospitalité dans le site et définir l'aménagement physique des espaces d'hospitalité (mobilier, décoration, éclairage, etc.) en collaboration avec le venue manager;
- déterminer les besoins en matière de restauration des différent.es invité.es pendant l'Eurovision 2025;
- gérer les invitations et le suivi des invité.es;
- rendre compte régulièrement aux équipes de l'événement, de la production et de la ville de l'état d'avancement des activités d'hospitalité

**Votre profil**:

- Une bonne connaissance de l'Eurovision et d'autres événements internationaux
- De l'expérience en gestion événementielle et particulièrement dans la gestion d'hospitalité
- De l'expérience en préparation de packages d'hospitalité pour les événements
- De l'expérience en travail simultané avec d'autres équipes
- Des compétences accrues dans les domaines de l'organisation et de la communication
- Une personnalité multitâche sachant garder son sang-froid dans les situations stressantes
