Job Description:Your mission
We're looking for a Public Value Project Coordinator for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, to work for a temporary period from November 2024 through to the end of May 2025 (60% workload from November – March; 80% workload from April – May). As part of the Public Value ESC team, you will be working on the following tasks:
- You will provide support with the planning and execution of projects that strengthen the added social value of the ESC, such as school or community projects.
- You will coordinate and keep an overview of ideas, projects, and potential partnerships.
- You will contribute and implement your own ideas.
- You will be working closely together with the host city of Basel.
Your profile
- You have experience in events.
- You have good organisational and communication skills.
- You are a multi-tasker and are able to handle stressful situations in a calm and composed manner.
- You are reliable and a team player.
- You are quick to grasp new things and are highly flexible.
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of English.
