**Role Description**

As the number of investment opportunities and products on Stableton increases fast, so are our needs for producing high-quality investment content. For our expanding Content Marketing team, we are looking for an experienced and passionate investment writer. The role will report to the Head of Content and Communications, but will also work closely with other members of the Marketing and investments teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Head of Media Relations and Content to ensure written content being created meets the needs of the business
- Research, curate and create first-class thorough and engaging content to publish on the platform and distribute among our clients and prospects through other channels: from evergreen industry blog posts and posts and presentations about the investment products and target companies to ephemeral thought leadership and white papers.
- Provide support to all other areas of the business requiring writing expertise, including product copy, sales collateral, etc
- Deliver content in time to a consistent standard, in line with the brand and writing style guidelines
- Provide support for the ongoing maintenance of existing materials and ensure that information is up to date and accurate but also developing as our business messaging evolves
- Maintenance of strong internal relationships in particular with the Investments, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment of activities, client focus and product expertise

**Requirements**:

- University Degree required in Finance, Economics or Journalism
- Experience working in Financial Services, Asset Management, Capital Markets
- Strong understanding of the Investment Management industry and good knowledge of all product areas including equities, fixed income, alternatives, etc.
- 2+ years of work experience in writing about investing and investment products and keen sense of what content works well online in investing
- Excellent writing skills for professional investment audiences
- Expert level of understanding of marketing principles and content distribution best practices (online and offline)
- Ability to work well in a team environment and work under pressure with deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- CAIA, CFA or equivalent industry qualification or studying towards one is a strong plus
- Good understanding of compliance and regulation on financial promotions
- Grasp of SEO best practices and how they factor into quality content
- Strong interest in global investment and economic affairs
- Good Powerpoint & presentation skills
- Native or near-native level of English. German is a plus.
