WE RECRUIT:
You will be part of the Richemont Industrial Management Solutions (RIMS) team, that covers our manufacturing sites as well as quality, industrial IT, sourcing intelligence, risk management and industrial strategy responsibilities. You will work closely with our manufactures and our Maisons to support transversal operational projects and drive strategic initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of transversal projects
You will lead central projects involving Manufactures and/or Maisons, requiring high level of transversality and a neutral posture. These projects will be related to operations, organization, or digitalization.
Deployment of End-to-End integration of our entities
Pursuing successful pilots operated with various Maisons, you will coordinate the deployment of end-to-end supply chain integration within our internal entities. You will work with industrial entities and our Maisons to integrate supply flows (IT & physical) to improve lead times and increase flexibility of key components supply chain. You will coordinate transversal teams from various entities and central functions to deploy the established tools and principles.
Industrial organization projects framing
You will work on the structuring of industrial strategy topics, identifying scenarios, evaluating them (high level financials, risk and opportunities) and detailing them with the relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Key projects portfolio management
You will support the tracking and steering of key projects and investments performed within our industrial entities. Ensuring proper steering and reporting mechanisms are implemented and facilitating escalation when needed.
You will support coordination with central functions when needed and facilitate executive communication on these projects.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You hold a master’s degree in engineering or business management
- Work experience 5-10 years
- Ideally, you have a background in operations or strategy consulting
- You have a strong drive and are used to lead projects in complex setup
- You are well structured and able to frame and formalize a challenge and break it into actionable streams
- You are used to work with various stakeholders and able to adjust your communication and way of working to your audience (from shopfloor to senior leadership)
- You have good synthesis skills and are able to establish concise and impacting reports
- You are comfortable with numbers and able to step back and look at broader picture to challenge relevance of an idea/initiative
- You are fluent in French - main working language - and fully able to work in English - main written communication language
