Vie - Junior Business Controller

**MISSION**:

- Support the business performance of the company being in charge of specific P&L lines & taking part of budget processes
- Ensure a clear internal communication both internally (targets to communicate to the team) & externally (reporting to EMEA HQ & Maisons)
- Improve the efficiency of operations taking part into continuous improvement projects

**TASKS**:

- **Reporting**
- Monthly business reporting to the EMEA headquarters in collaboration with the Codir,
- Monthly volume forecast reporting to the EMEA headquarters after challenging the sales team’s assumptions
- Actual volumes reporting by channel (to EMEA HQ & internally)
- OVH & T&E reporting
- Quarterly Private channel P&L reporting
- A&P reporting & reconciliation with SAP
- **Budget follow-up**
- Responsibility of A&P & Back-office budget follow-up
- **Pricing management**
- Support the Business controlling manager on annual price increase process
- Prepare the list of updated gross prices & discounts for the year to come
- Fully manage the update of SAP with new pricing conditions
- Perform monthly checks on pricing (exception reports) & communicate with the customer service / masterdata
- Maintain the Net Sales Income simulation tool for annual commercial negotiations
- Manage daily consistency of pricing in SAP, in collaboration with the masterdata, customer service & marketing teams
- **Forecast process**:

- Participation in the forecast exercises related to volumes, A&P and OVH (Budget, Last Estimates & Landing processes)
- **Projects & Others**
- Anticipate new products launches prepares new product pricing forms, communication of prices to customer service & checks
- Support the business controlling manager in the implementation of the new volumes & net sales income forecasting tool (Anaplan)
- Maintain procedures
- Ad-hoc analyses

**Profile**:
**Education**:Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration

**Languages: F**luency in French & English, German would be a plus

**Professional experience**:Previous internship(s) in controlling and/or planning function

**Technical & management skills**: Knowledge in accounting, strong analytical & communication skills

Mastery of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint), SAP FI/CO and Oracle/Hyperion preferred. Anaplan is a plus.

**Personal & interpersonal skills**: Take-charge & hands-on personality with a rigorous & problem-solving mindset.
