**About the role**:
For our international client, we are currently looking for a Helpdesk L1 and L2 to join their team in Geneva and support users in their daily requests and problems. You will work in a team both in French and in English, reporting to the IT Manager.
**Job duties**:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to all the users of the organization including VIPs
- Log, analyse, dognose, track, solve and close incidents and service requests in a timely manner
- Be in charge of incidents and service requests prioritization
- Manage reporting and statistics on helpdesk activities, and report major incidents to the Manager
- Provide hardware, software and accesses to new empoyees and keep the inventory up-to-date
- Setup and manage systems rom worksations to meeting room equipment
- Work with the team on virtualization and deployment tasks
- Maintain relevant documentations up to date
**We are looking for**:
- Graduated from the IT field
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Helpdesk L1 / L2, working for multiple users including VIPs
- Very good level of French and English
- At ease with Jira, MS Office (ideally Office 365), MS Windows Server and VoIP/Digital Conference tools
- Knowledge of Linux environment is an asset
