Après une introduction ciblée, vous assumez, dans ce poste nouvellement créé, la responsabilité du développement de nouveaux marchés et segments. Vous analysez les opportunités de manière structurée, développez des stratégies de marché et les mettez directement en œuvre - en concertation avec le Directeur Sales & Marketing du groupe. Afin d’atteindre vos objectifs, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les services internes très compétents de R&D, de technique et de production en Suisse et en Allemagne. Vos déplacements pour l'acquisition de nouveaux clients et projets en Suisse ainsi qu'en Europe représentent environ 50%.
Une formation d'ingénieur(e) EPF/Université, de préférence en mécanique ou en sciences des matériaux, de l'expérience et une formation continue ciblée sur la vente de produits entièrement personnalisés sont les conditions idéales pour votre réussite. Vous disposez en outre d'excellentes capacités d'analyse, vous maîtrisez les outils d'analyse nécessaires et vous vous réjouissez de conquérir activement les marchés correspondants. Pour la communication interne et externe, vous êtes à l'aise en allemand et en anglais (oral et écrit), et vous vous exprimez sans problème en français ou êtes prêt à perfectionner vos connaissances en français. Votre lieu de travail au siège social se trouve dans la région de Neuchâtel.
