In order to strengthen our Perfume Business Unit based in Neuchâtel, we are recruiting a talented:

Reporting to the Switzerland Marketing & Communication Manager Perfume, your main responsibilities include the execution of the marketing plan, the follow-up of the promotions’ implementation in our flagships and the contribution to diverse creative projects.

Marketing promotion plan for local Perfumeries & sales budget management

Your role is to assure a perfect local marketing plan execution, following up the promotion implementation with Sales Force. You plan visual campaigns for windows and counters, coordinating and monitoring the correct execution of the planograms and the visual changes for national launches and promotions in Bulgari’s point-of-sales.

In coordination with decoration teams, you are directly responsible for the design, the production and the forecast of the material. You also take care of the free of charge orders and submissions for new launches and promotional activities. You support the Manager following up the national promotions with brief preparation and visuals assets.

Understanding the differences among our point of sales, you develop tailored sales support material for our sales teams (sales folders, technical olfactory sheets, sales case, uniform, etc.) and you take care of developing tactical Beauty Advisor’s incentive programs.

Flagships

You support the Manager in developing image and performance of top points of sales. You animate the counters and create shelf’s scenography, managing the visual merchandising and the video screens.

Events & creative projects

You support the Manager in the organization of marketing and training events by coordinating agencies and external teams. You help to the implementation of the promotion plan to enhance the customer experience. In line with the Central Trade team based in Rome, you realize creative projects and manage the relations with suppliers, agencies and partners.

Media

As a Marketing Associate Manager, you play a key role in coordinating the media strategy for national online campaigns and digital activities for key accounts. You are responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media initiatives to maximize the impact of campaigns across various platforms.

Analysis

You are in charge of sell-out analysis (Nielsen) for the prestige market to identify key leverages of success and optimize opportunities vs. resources.

Holding a Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration or Marketing, you have a first experience of 2-3 years in the marketing department of a multicultural and challenging environment. A previous exposure to the fragrance or luxury environment is a strong asset.

Thanks to your excellent communication and project management skills, you work transversally coordinating different teams and projects. Team player, you build strong trustful relations with internal and external stakeholders. Business and customer-oriented, you have an acute mindset with a strong drive to results. Able to think strategically, you bring a big picture and a global vision. Proactive and creative, you are recognized for your entrepreneurial spirit and your ability to set the priorities in a changing environment. You are curious, eager to learn, flexible and able to find effective solutions to business problems.

Finally, you have excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint. You are fluent in German and French, English and Italian are an advantage.
