Director of Sales and Marketing

- Entwicklung effektiver Verkaufsstrategien zur Erreichung und Übertreffen der Umsatzziele sowie Identifizierung neuer Vertriebskanäle und Optimierung bestehender Verkaufsprozesse
- Motivation des Verkaufsteams zur Erzielung von Spitzenleistungen, Festlegung von Verkaufszielen, Überwachung der Leistung sowie Bereitstellung von Schulungen und Unterstützung zur Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Marketingstrategien zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit und Gewinnung neuer Kunden, inklusive Marktanalysen, Identifizierung von Zielgruppen und Planung von Marketingkampagnen
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Kunden, Partnern und Branchenkontakten zur Identifizierung und Nutzung von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, inklusive Teilnahme an Networking-Veranstaltungen, Messen und Konferenzen
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkaufs- und Marketingbereich, idealerweise in einer leitenden Position in der Hotel- oder Gastgewerbebranche.
- Sie haben nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation eines Verkaufsteams sowie in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufs- und Marketingstrategien.
- Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift sowie über Verhandlungsgeschick und Überzeugungskraft.
- Sie sind in der Lage, komplexe Daten zu analysieren und fundierte geschäftliche Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Sie sind flexibel, anpassungsfähig und in der Lage, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
