Deine Aufgabe
  • Selbstständige Planung und Umsetzung von FM- Projekten
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an der Ausarbeitung der Energiestrategie
  • Erarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Teilprozessen und Dienstleistungen 
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Analysen, Reportings und Präsentationen
  • Erledigung allgemeiner administrativer Arbeiten in der Abteilung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Pflege der Betriebsdokumentation
  • Punktuelle Unterstützung des operativen Facility Managements bei operativen und technischen Aufgaben

 

Dein Profil

  • Erfogreich abgeschlossene Grundausbildung im Bereich Facility Management oder Gebäudetechnik sowie eine entsprechende Weiterbildung
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Facility Management und der Gebäudetechnik
  • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sicheres Auftreten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
