Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG turns two teams into a factory team - and you can be part of it.

What you need? The mindset of an athlete. If you are someone for whom giving up isn’t an option and limits are just something to be overcome, you can bring _Vorsprung durch Technik_ to Formula 1 with us.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

**Your mission**:

- Independent planning and implementation of FM projects
- Active involvement in the development of the energy strategy
- Developing and refining processes, sub-processes and services
- Responsibility for the preparation of analyses, reports and presentations
- Carrying out general administrative work in the department
- Assisting with the maintenance of operational documentation
- Providing selective support to operational facility management with operational and technical tasks

**Your profile**:

- Successfully completed basic training in facility management or building services engineering as well as appropriate further training
- Practical experience in facility management and building services engineering
- High motivation, ability to work under pressure and assertiveness
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanour
- Independent, structured and precise way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
