Permanent (36 h/week)What your impact will be:Drive excellence in design system quality, delivering pixel-perfect components that solve complex UX challenges.Build and refine iconography and UI elements to ensure a cohesive, visually compelling design language across products.Champion collaboration, fostering a knowledge-sharing culture and supporting team growth.Effectively communicate design principles to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment.Adapt quickly to design trends and evolving technologies, continuously enhancing our design system.QualificationsYour expertise: Skilled systems thinker with experience in building, maintaining, and scaling design systems that are consistent, accessible, and meet quality standards.Proven expertise in creating and optimizing reusable UI components and iconography for scalability across platforms and products.Effective at partnering with developers to ensure seamless integration of design components into code.Strong communicator, capable of clearly articulating design system principles, guidelines, and decisions to cross-functional teams.Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive in evolving the design system to support product goals and industry best practices.Additional InformationPerks of working with us:How we work together: – An inclusive, friendly, and international environment (you’ll be working with colleagues from +10 countries and over 48 nationalities) – Shorter working week (36h as full time), with a half working day on Fridays – Flexible start and end of the working day – Possibility to work from anywhere for a period of time per year defined according to local regulationsHow we learn together: – Fri-Yays: half a day on Friday morning with a no-meeting mandate and dedicated to personal growth, learning and training and/or focus time – Access to e-learning platforms (e.g. Discovery, O’reilly – depending on the department), professional and managerial skills development training pathsOther perks: – 2 paid days off per year for volunteering purposes – Occasional social events to foster connections among colleagues – Travel industry discounts and flash exclusive staff fares – We support our employees through life’s significant moments with leave options (e.g parental responsibilities, marriages, bereavements, relocations, etc.) in line with local laws.Selection process steps*:- HR interview (10-30 minutes) - 1st interview (Manager): soft skills + technical knowledge - Test step online - 2nd interview (Manager + team members) - Final meeting (30 mins) with the Director - Offer extended (*Please note the process can slightly vary.
