you will join the Customer Payments Team within the Customer Growth AreaContract - Permanent - full-time (36 h/week)What your impact will be:Take full ownership of the product you are responsible for: set its objectives and share your vision building consensus with other business partnersLead the product development cycle: from features proposal and prioritization to the end-2-end iterative and incremental delivery and KPIs monitoringManage the complexity thriving to achieve an optimal product, enhancing or killing existing features that are no more match for users’ or business needsBe aware of different users behaviors through research and analysis in the various marketsSupport the product development engineer team in their daily tasks, lead the delivery process and the product backlogSupport other stakeholders and ensure alignment with the business strategyAnalyze data and results, understand and share learnings from experimentation to build a strong knowledge base of the product outside of your own area QualificationsYou have 5+ years of professional experience as a product manager in digital businessYou have previous experience in online payments in high-traffic B2C e-commerce (PSP and acquirer integration, APMs, chargebacks flow, etc)You have experience working with agile and cross functional teams to deliver fast time-to-market quality product incrementsYou are highly proficient in spoken and written English (we are an international team).You’d be a great fit if: You have experience with research practices both quantitative (e.g. data mining, ab testing) and qualitative (interviews, usability tests, survey) You have steered your products to success as defined by the goals you have set You have strong communication skills to navigate a dynamic organization across multiple countries and cultures Additional InformationPerks of working with us:How we work together- An inclusive, friendly, and international environment (you’ll be working with colleagues from +10 countries and over 48 nationalities)- Shorter working week (36h as full time), with a half working day on Fridays- Flexible start and end of the working day, with core hours from 10:00 to 4:00 pm- Possibility to work from anywhere for a period of time per year defined according to local regulationsHow we learn together- Fri-Yays: half a day on Friday morning with a no-meeting mandate and dedicated to personal growth, learning and training and/or focus time.- Access to e-learning platforms (e.g. Discovery, O’reilly - depending on the department), professional and managerial skills development training pathsOther perks - 2 paid days off per year for volunteering purposes- Occasional social events to foster connections among colleagues- Travel industry discounts and flash exclusive staff fares- We support our employees through life's significant moments with leave options (e.g parental responsibilities, marriages, bereavements, relocations, etc.) in line with local laws.Wish you were here?
