Key Responsibilities: Development, production and programming of marketing materials and tools such as capabilities presentations, synthesizing insights, innovations, fragrances and trends into differentiating x-category propositions (including but not limited to powerpoint, visuals, iconography, and multimedia) in support of business priorities and in collaboration with x-functional teams.Collaborate on foresight and insight knowledge development and deployment.Support and/or drive the execution of events, including corporate events and tradeshows.Assist in development of material for executive presentations and preparations.Plan, program and produce communication campaigns and creative content aligned to marketing/communication strategy in collaboration with Communications department, including developing high quality marketing inputs into Group Branding to ensure P&B relevant and effective comms materials.

Fragrance or beauty experience highly preferred.College degree.
Specialization in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, Business, Management a plus.Self-starter, able to build relationships and work effectively in a global matrix/network.Able to work across all levels of the organization, from junior to upper management levels to ensure the highest level of collaboration and outputs.Superior attention to detail, strong organizational skills and an ability to deliver high quality work under tight timelines.Presentation skills a must, strong oral and written communication skillsSuperior creative writing / copywritingEye for designFluent English (written and verbal) is a must, French conversational preferred.
