For more information, visit .Role Overview:Become part of our growing, exciting consulting division, Dentsu Business Transformation (BX), and advise strategically our clients on business transformations.As a Senior Consultant Business Transformation, you will be reporting to our VP of Business Consultancy Services.This role offers a hybrid work mode. Depending on the project scope, being onsite at the client's might be a part of the role.Here are some of the exciting tasks awaiting you: You are an expert in consulting our clients along all phases of the project: from defining the initial vision and translating broad challenges into a specific roadmap, transformation programs and preparing the implementation, considering complex challenges, and create comprehensible business cases for themYou are responsible for the development of business strategies, considering the end customer, organizational and technology perspectives. You take on the strategic development of national and international clients and develop concrete recommendations for action based on your analysis of the relationship between business goals, content, customer data, technology, media and processesYou lead interdisciplinary teams in large and international pitches and consulting projects with joy and confidence to the customer's benefitOur clients perceive you as a thought leader in business transformation - you fill this scope with joy and great professional confidenceTogether with the team of highly qualified and experienced strategy consultants, you develop our business consulting servicesYou have a comprehensive view of communication approaches and measures and a thoughtful understanding of the strategic positioning of companies/brands/peopleQualificationsA mix of the following is the person we are looking for: 3+ years of experience as a consultant in a strategic function in a professional services company, industry, a startup or in a renowned consultancyA degree in business, economics, or a comparable course of study. A higher degree, Ph.D or MBA is an advantageExceptional communication and argumentation skills, and convincing and confident appearance at C-level with the customerExcellent knowledge of strategy development, underpinned by practical application of consulting methods and modelsStrategic and analytical skills combined with a gift for communicating complex solutions effectivelyEntrepreneurial mindset and experience in leading and delivering national and/or international digitalization or transformation projectsEnthusiasm for several of the following topics: organizational development, change management, innovation management, business models, process optimization, multi-channel models, data and CRM, e-commerceTeam spirit and high willingness to learn new thingsFluent in written and spoken English, with high proficiency in GermanAdditional informationWe work with motivated people, who support and enrich each other.
