Er fokussiert sich dabei erfolgreich auf die Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT. Dieses in der Deutschschweiz etablierte Beratungs-Unternehmen ist in der Lage, schlüsselfertige End-to-End Lösungen anzubieten, mit der Ausprägung eines Werkvertrags. Im Auftrag der Geschäftsleitung suchen wir daher eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Managing Consultant Digital Banking (w/m) 80-100%

IHR VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH

Sie sind Teil eines Beraterteams innerhalb der Bankberatungs-Unit. Im Vordergrund steht die Übernahme und Umsetzung von Projekten vor Ort beim Kunden. Ihre Expertise in der Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsvorhaben setzen Sie gezielt ein. Dank Ihrem Gespür für das Machbare, liefern Sie pragmatische Lösungen und wahren gleichzeitig den Sinn für Innovationen. Als Allrounder bringen Sie Ihr breites Bankfachwissen sowie Ihre Beratungs-Kompetenz ein. Durch Ihre Visibilität in Kundenprojekten sind Sie ein Repräsentant der Firma und helfen mit, die Wahrnehmung im Markt weiter zu steigern. Zusammen mit Ihren Teamkollegen helfen Sie mit, eine eigenständige Ausprägung innerhalb der Unternehmung zu erreichen. IHRE PERSÖNLICHKEIT

Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik (Uni/ETH/FH) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung plus Erfahrung in der Beratung und Projektleitung im Bankenumfeld. Idealerweise kommen Sie aus der Beratung und möchten Ihre Expertise weiter ausbauen. In der Aufnahme und Analyse von Business Anforderungen sind Sie ein Experte und kennen sich bestens aus in Themen wie Digitalisierung, Business-Optimierung sowie neuen Trends im Bankenumfeld. Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte methodische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, ein hohes Überzeugungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen, sowie hohe Leistungsbereitschaft. Sie sind ein Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Kunden-, Service- und Qualitätsorientierung sowie hoher Sozialkompetenz. Neben Deutsch, können Sie sich auch in Englisch gut verständigen. IHRE PERSPEKTIVEN
