Together, we’re pioneering the future of science and medicine, developing products that enable researchers in the fight to save lives.Wat you'll doMonitor all inventory transactions for the warehouse department (status change, damages, non conformities, etc.)Manage daily and yearly cycle count and comply with corporate policies Handle investigation, reconciliations and adjustments for inventory discrepancies / handle communications with global team Initiate, coordinate and implement efficient operational policies and procedures, in collaboration with logistics process owner and warehouse managerMonitor quality respect for the warehouse team as per QMS in placeHandle all quality events in regards with warehousing activitiesManagement of daily Warehouse activities in Oracle WMS Running and reorganizing the work and storage space at the site when needed: ensuring efficient and safe space utilization Collaborating closely with internal customers, suppliers and transport companies Monitoring and updating critical metrics Assigning tasks appropriately and aligned with priorities Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. Maintaining standards of health and safety. Support implementation of new manufacturing site, material/people/system flows Ensure maintenance of all WMS data to support daily operations Be the guardant of the supply process to secure ongoing manufacturing Manage all documentations and labelling according to our ISO 13485 standards Support supply of materials for clean room and ongoing production Support activities and stock management around sub-suppliers and components cleaning Support Work Order Management and ad hoc requests for continuous manufacturing Ad hoc requests in relationship to supply chain activities Who you areWork experience in Warehouse Management and external vendorsProven experience in Inventory and/or Quality ManagementShown ability to implement process improvement initiatives Strong knowledge of Warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Experience in working in an international environment and Medical devices is a plus Fluent French, comfortable with EnglishQuality centric minded Customer oriented Excellent communication and redaction skillsRigorous and AutonomyAbility to motivate and lead within the teamCFC diploma or equivalent Forklift driving license preferred The position is standard daily working hours.When you join us, you’ll also be joining Danaher’s global organization, where 80,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
