Job profileBuild expertise in taxation requirements, processes, and systems for diverse transactional and positional tax obligationsAnalyse and improve controls or processes related to tax operationsCollaborate with the global team to execute key tax reform programs (e.g., FATCA and CRS), assess their impact, and ensure smooth implementationMonitor the tax regulatory environment to assess risks and ensure compliance with the firm’s tax reporting obligationsServe as a regional point of contact for tax-related matters, supporting the business and global teamEnsure compliance with global reporting authoritiesManage inquiries from business units in established and emerging marketsDesign, testing, and implementation of systems and processesOptimize procedures and build scalability through data analytics and effective use of technologyHandle daily functions such as accurate and timely account documentation, monitoring and withholding, client information reporting and regulatory filingsManage capital markets operations to ensure seamless global business processes Requirements Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in the Swiss Banking environmentQuantitative educational background preferredDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, a control-oriented mindset, and exceptional attention to detailExcellent relationship-building skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex issues to diverse internal clients with varying levels of product and technical expertise, along with proficiency in ExcelSelf-driven and proactive team player with strong organizational skills, capable of managing competing priorities effectively while taking ownership and accountability for initiativesAdaptable and able to perform well under pressure in a collaborative team settingExcellent English language skills
