Zur Ergänzung unseres Finance Teams suchen wir am Standort Zürich zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine(n) Finance Manager (m/w/d).
In dieser Funktion sind Sie als Teil des Finanzteams für das Controlling und Reporting unserer Fonds und unseres Beteiligungsportfolios zuständig, Die Aufgaben umfassen im Einzelnen:
* Analysieren der Investmentstruktur abgeschlossener Transaktionen und Übertragung in die laufende Investmentdatenbank
* Fonds Cash Flow Planung, Erstellen von Kapitalabrufen sowie Ausschüttungen
* Eigenverantwortliches Berichtswesen, Mitgestaltung und Erstellung der Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse der administrierten Fonds, sowie Begleitung des jährlichen Audits
* Erstellung spezifischer Investorenreports und damit zusammenhängenden ad hoc Anfragen seitens der Investoren, sowie das ESG Reporting
* Koordination von externen Dienstleistern (Fondsadministratoren, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Layouter für Berichtswesen)
* Mitarbeit am regulatorischen / steuerlichen Berichtswesen (BaFin/ CRS/ FATCA)
* Unterstützung der Steuerkanzleien bei der deutschen und amerikanischen Steuererklärung für die Fonds
* Verwaltung der Investoren- , Compliance -, Finanzberichte der Portfoliogesellschaften, und der Dokumente der Investmenttransaktionen in einer internen Dokumentendatenbank
* Allgemeine Unterstützung des CFO und der Investmentpartner
