Wir von Signode Switzerland GmbH suchen genau Dich als Finance Manager (w/m/d) für unsere Niederlassung in der Nähe von Zürich.

Signode zählt weltweit zu den führenden Anbietern von Transportverpackungen und bietet unseren Kunden eine Vielzahl innovativer Produkte und Lösungen.

In dieser Rolle leitest Du die Finanzabteilung am Produktions- und Bürostandort. Du wirst das Buchhaltungsteam in der Schweiz führen, als lokaler Controller fungieren, genaue Berichterstattung sicherstellen, Prozessverbesserungen vorantreiben und die strategische Finanzführung übernehmen.

Aufgabenbereich
  • Leitung des Monatsabschlusses und Sicherstellung der Berichterstattung an den Hauptsitz.
  • Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach lokalem und US-amerikanischem Recht.
  • Finanzberatung des lokalen Führungsteams.
  • Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen und Kapitaloptimierung.
  • Entwicklung von Budgets, Prognosen und KPIs.
  • Identifizierung und Implementierung von Prozessverbesserungen und Kosteneinsparungsmöglichkeiten.
  • Gewährleistung der SOX-Konformität und Durchführung von Audits.
  • Überwachung der lokalen, staatlichen und bundesstaatlichen Berichterstattung.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Datenanalysten zur Optimierung von Berichtsprozessen.
  • Unterstützung des Regional Controllers bei lokalen Einblicken.
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder Ausbildung in Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder einem ähnlichen Feld.
  • Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld ist erforderlich.
  • Kenntnisse in D365, SAP, Excel und idealerweise Power BI.
  • Starke Führungs-, Analyse- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Ethisch, detailorientiert und anpassungsfähig.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2-Niveau).
