Notre unité d'affaire Solutions Energie a pour mission d'optimiser l'ensemble des activités de production et de gestion de l'énergie, dont notamment la production d'énergie renouvelable avec comme source, la biomasse, l'éolien, l'hydraulique, le photovoltaïque et la géothermie. Operation & Maintenance Manager Thermique (f/h) 80-100%

 

Profil

  • Ingénieur HES ou EPF - Bachelor ou Master - dans un domaine technique ou formation jugée équivalente.
  • Première expérience requise dans la gestion ou l'exploitation d'installations techniques dans le domaine de la thermique.
  • Intérêt marqué pour les activités liées aux problématiques de terrain. Des connaissances de base dans les procédés de l'énergie ainsi que dans l'optimisation de l'efficacité énergétique sont souhaitées.
  • Des connaissances techniques dans le domaine des procédés thermiques et du chauffage/froid à distance sont un atout.
  • Proactivité sur la détection et la résolution de problèmes, ainsi que sur la planification des révisions.
  • Français courant et bonnes bases de l'anglais. La connaissance de l'allemand est un plus.
  • Esprit méthodique, de synthèse, d'analyse et de logique.
  • Curiosité, envie d'apprendre et de comprendre, orienté résultats, autonomie et entregent.

 

Responsabilités

  • Assistance technique aux équipes d'exploitation pour l'opération des centrales thermiques de chaleur et froid à distance, en collaboration avec les prestataires internes et externes.
  • Suivi des projets d'amélioration continue et de développement des centrales thermiques et de cogénération.
  • Assurer le suivi et la sécurisation des besoins actuels et futurs des centrales de biomasse et de chauffage à distance en matière de ressources énergétiques (bois, pellets, etc.).
  • Exécuter la stratégie du groupe pour l'approvisionnement et le stockage de combustible ainsi que le développement de partenariats.
  • Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques auprès des différents interlocuteurs en termes de sécurité, de fiabilité et de rentabilité des ouvrages sous gestion.
  • Mettre en place les processus nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des équipes et proposer des projets d'optimisation de manière collaborative.
  • Accompagner la structuration et l'intégration des nouveaux actifs thermiques dans des outils digitaux de monitoring, puis les utiliser.
