Afin de renforcer notre équipe commerciale basée au siège de notre groupe, nous recherchons, pour une entrée à convenir, notre nouveau :
Sales Manager Mice
Missions :
- En charge d’un portefeuille de secteurs d’activités (MICE_Incentive conférence_Exhibition)
- Assurer le suivi, le développement et la fidélisation de la clientèle existante.
- Acquérir de nouveaux clients. Cette mission est prioritaire.
- Assurer la promotion des produits Manotel.
- Négocier les tarifs avec les clients potentiels et existants et établir le contrat.
- Tenir à jour la base de données clients (Opéra Cloud)
- Participer aux salons professionnels nationaux et internationaux et assurer les tâches préparatoires ainsi que les suivis.
- Organiser et assurer les voyages de promotion.
- Organiser les visites des hôtels en collaboration avec les exploitations.
- Participer à l’élaboration des actions de promotion du groupe.
- Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Ventes & Marketing, élaborer et réaliser le plan d’action annuel.
- Participer aux diverses manifestations de promotion organisées par le groupe.
- Assurer la promotion et la commercialisation des espaces de restauration. 20% du temps de travail.
- Mettre en application les diverses procédures : organisation de son emploi du temps, frais de voyages, reporting hebdomadaire…)
- Réserver un accueil en adéquation avec les standards de qualité du groupe (personnalisé et dynamique) à notre clientèle.
- Participer à la construction budgétaire annuelle
