- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme en commerce, avec au minimum une première expérience commerciale et recherchez un environnement stimulant et multiculturel au cœur de l’Europe ?

- Excellent communicant, vous êtes parfaitement dans votre élément dans les négociations avec des interlocuteurs de tous niveaux hiérarchiques ?
- Vous possédez un bon niveau d’anglais écrit et parlé, vous maîtrisez idéalement l’allemand ?
- Vous maîtrisez les bonnes pratiques de gestion de comptes et suivi de clientèle, avez une connaissance pratique de CRM et maîtrisez bien sûr Microsoft Office ?

Business Developer / Account Manager CDI
En donnant la pleine mesure de votre capacité à communiquer et de votre force de conviction, vous :
- Rechercherez de nouveaux clients, développerez les ventes et apporterez de nouvelles affaires, de même que vous développerez dans le même temps les comptes existants
- Prospecterez par téléphone, entretiendrez et refoncerez la relation avec la clientèle dont vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié
Grâce à votre habileté à appréhender les besoins commerciaux de vos clients, vous :
- Établirez un partenariat stratégique avec les clients, quel que soit leur niveau hiérarchique, en apportant des solutions à toutes sortes de problématiques
- Suivrez les performances globales des comptes, afin de garantir des niveaux élevés de satisfaction et de qualité pour nos clients
- Assisterez le Directeur des Ventes
En vous appuyant sur votre dynamisme et votre volonté d’atteindre vos objectifs, vous ;
- Assurerez la gestion de cycles de vente de A à Z ; de la prospection à la signature du contrat, puis au suivi et développement du compte
- Représenterez la marque Swisstranslate en tant que leader sur le marché suisse de la traduction, en démontrant une connaissance approfondie de nos services et de nos solutions
- Représenterez l’agence lors des salons et évènements professionnels
Nous offrons des commissions sur ventes, en sus de bonus fixés en fonction d’objectifs mensuels et trimestriels.
Il s’agit d’un poste évolutif, où plus votre portefeuille de clients sera conséquent, plus la dimension développement de comptes est importante. Chez nous l’efficacité prime sur l’ancienneté
