Product Manager
Vos Missions- Innovation et Création : Être une force de propositions en apportant de nouvelles idées, des techniques novatrices, et des solutions inédites pour améliorer nos produits.
- Recherche et Matériaux : Rechercher et sélectionner les nouveaux matériaux et applications dans le cadre des projets, avec un œil expert sur les tendances émergentes dans l'horlogerie et d'autres industries.
- Veille Technologique : Assurer la gestion de la veille technologique, identifier les nouveautés pertinentes pour notre secteur et les intégrer de manière stratégique dans nos projets.
- Développement & R&D : Organiser et superviser les recherches et les développements d'innovations produits en collaboration avec les équipes internes et partenaires externes.
- Coordination des Départements Techniques : Assurer une collaboration fluide et efficace entre les départements techniques impliqués dans le développement des innovations, et fournir une expertise claire et un soutien quotidien.
- Gestion des Fournisseurs : Gérer les investissements liés aux créations, organiser les mises en concours pour le choix des fournisseurs, et prendre part à la sélection finale.
- Intégration des Nouveaux Procédés : Participer à l'intégration des nouveaux procédés et des marches à suivre au sein de l'entreprise, en garantissant leur succès.
- Communication Transversale : Communiquer de manière proactive et transversale sur les projets d'innovation au sein de l’organisation, tout en diffusant une culture positive et claire de l’innovation produit.
- Participation Stratégique : Participer activement aux séances stratégiques d'innovations pour aider à définir les orientations futures de la marque.
- Formation : Diplôme d’Ingénieur HES en Microtechnique, Matériaux, ou tout autre domaine pertinent.
- Expertise Technique : Fort attrait pour les nouvelles technologies, l'innovation technologique, et l'utilisation de nouveaux matériaux. Expérience confirmée dans le domaine de l’innovation ou du développement produits horlogers.
- Compétences linguistiques : Maîtrise de l'anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (niveau C1 minimum).
- Qualités Personnelles : Pragmatisme, créativité, rigueur organisationnelle, capacité à gérer les priorités et à anticiper les besoins dans la gestion de projets exigeants.
- Collaboration & Leadership : Grande capacité à fonctionner de manière transversale et proactive au sein de l'entreprise, avec un esprit d'analyse et de flexibilité. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre diplomatie dans la communication.
- Personnalité : Vous êtes curieux(se), inventif(ve), et fédérateur(trice), avec une attitude positive et une capacité à faire émerger des idées novatrices au sein des équipes.
