Société implantée en Suisse romande dans le secteur immobilier et liée à un groupe de renom de plus de 2’500 collaborateurs, nous sommes à la recherche d'un collaborateur passionné pour rejoindre notre équipe et contribuer au développement d'un nouveau service de conseil en immobilier.

 

Head of Real Estate Advisory Department

Nous recherchons une personne dotée de solides connaissances du secteur de la construction en Suisse, capable de piloter et de coordonner des projets de développement, de construction et rénovation avec succès. Une expertise approfondie dans les domaines de la transaction immobilière et de la location est indispensable. En outre, de bonnes relations et des contacts avec les régies immobilières sont un atout pour les étapes post-travaux avec la commercialisation et location des surfaces.

 

Le candidat idéal démontrera une parfaite connaissance du tissu local en Suisse romande et un sens aigu pour le développement.

 

Nous recherchons une personne dynamique, persévérante, à l’écoute des besoins des clients, capable de coordonner des opérations immobilières complexes et d’anticiper de potentielles problématiques.

 

Une maîtrise parfaite des outils informatiques et de l’anglais sont nécessaires, l’allemand un plus. De la flexibilité, un bon sens de l'initiative et de l'expérience en gestion de projet seront également fortement appréciés.

 

Ce poste à 100% est basé à Genève.
