Real Estate Finance Specialist

A prestigious Swiss-based private banking group with global reach, known for strong financial health and bespoke investment services. This dynamic institution values sustainability, care, and employee growth, offering a unique proposition in the real estate financing sector for private wealth and institutional clients.

Position:

Exclusive opportunity for a VP or Director in Real Estate Financing. Ideal for professionals with commercial real estate financing or debt advisory capital markets experience for example. Join a supportive, skilled team handling complex global mortgage transactions, with significant autonomy and exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Structure and implement mortgage financings.

- Perform annual reviews and monitor portfolio performance.

- Collaborate with external legal counsels and valuers.

- Stay updated on market trends in key regions

Profile:

- Degree in finance, business, or equivalent.

- 10 years in real estate finance, with global experience.

- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

- High integrity, accountability, and a hands-on approach.

- Fluent in English; another European language is a plus.

- Eligible for Swiss work visa; office-based role (no home office).
