Description du poste

Au sein de l'équipe Brand Scenography, nous recherchons un expert en développement de cadeaux pour contribuer à la création et à la gestion de notre gamme de produits cadeaux. Le candidat idéal aura une passion pour la conception de cadeaux uniques et attrayants, ainsi qu'une solide compréhension des tendances du marché et des préférences des consommateurs.

Vous aurez pour responsabilités :

  • Recherche de marché, innovation & adaptation :
    • Effectuer des recherches approfondies pour comprendre les préférences, les tendances et les désirs des consommateurs de luxe
    • Rester informé des tendances de l'industrie, des technologies émergentes et des préférences de notre clientèle pour innover et adapter continuellement l'offre
  • Conceptualisation :
    • Générer des concepts de cadeaux innovants et exclusifs en lien avec l'identité de la marque et en résonnance avec le public cible
  • Conception et Développement :
    • Superviser le processus de conception de l'idéation à l'exécution ; en veillant à un savoir-faire impeccable, des matériaux de qualité et une attention aux détails
  • Collaboration :
    • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes en internes (Communication interne, Retail, Hospitality, Communications et Events), ainsi qu'avec les fournisseurs externes pour concrétiser les concepts cadeaux
  • Gestion budgétaire :
    • Gérer efficacement les budgets tout en maintenant les normes les plus élevées de qualité et de luxe
  • Analyse CRM et de performance :
    • Comprendre les besoins des clients et préférences afin de fournir des solutions de cadeaux personnalisées et un service exceptionnel
    • Analyser la performance de l'offre, recueillir les commentaires des clients et apporter des ajustements stratégiques pour optimiser les offres futures
  • Contrôle qualité :
    • Veiller à ce que tous les cadeaux répondent aux normes d'excellence et de luxe de la marque, en effectuant des vérifications de contrôle qualité tout au long du processus de production
  • Partenariats & Cocréations :
    • Collaborer avec des directeurs artistiques pour cocréer des cadeaux sur-mesure
    • Etablir et entretenir des partenariats avec d'autres marques de luxe, artisans et fournisseurs pour offrir des cadeaux uniques et exclusifs
Qualifications
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire en design, marketing, commerce ou similaire
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au minimum 10 ans dans le développement de produits ou le marketing, de préférence dans le secteur des cadeaux ou du commerce de détail
  • Vous avez obligatoirement une expérience dans le luxe
  • Vous maîtriser les aspects ESG des produits
  • Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation
  • Vous avez une forte créativité et capacité à penser de manière innovante
  • Vous possédez de solides compétences en gestion de projet et capacité à respecter les délais
  • Vous avez une connaissance approfondie des tendances du marché des cadeaux, idéalement
  • Vous avez la capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et à collaborer avec plusieurs départements
  • Vous maîtrisez des outils informatiques et logiciels de conception
  • Vous êtes sensible aux détails et avez le souci du travail bien fait
  • Enfin, vous êtes parfaitement bilingue français/anglais
