Responsable Marketing Digital (h/f/d)

Notre client commercialise des biens de grande consommation

Missions

En report au directeur général vos missions seront de :

  • Piloter la performance des activités et ajuster le plan marketing au besoin
  • Analyser de manière approfondie les KPIs de campagnes et les optimiser
  • Concevoir de nouvelles offres commerciales et piloter leur lancement de la conception à l'exécution
  • Assurer la croissance de l'activité en définissant des initiatives pour augmenter les ventes et le panier moyen
  • Collaborer et piloter les équipes marketing et copywriting pour mettre en place des offres promotionnelles
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de marché et piloter leur mise en uvre

Profil du candidat

  • Vous êtes un(e) intrapreuneur,(e) vous aimez gérer vos activités en autonomie et êtes orienté(e) vente
  • Vous avez déjà piloter un centre de profit idéalement
  • Vous aimez trouver des idées, prendre des initiatives et convaincre votre management de vous faire confiance pour essayer de nouvelles approches
  • Vous êtes un leader qui aime les tâches opérationnelles
  • Vous aimez collaborer et avancer en équipe
  • Vous avez d'excellentes capacités d'analyse et utilisez vous-même les leviers d'une campagne de marketing digital à succès
  • Vous avez l'habitude de travailler en environnement dynamique et orienté ROI
  • Vous avez au minimum 5 ans d'expérience en marketing digital avec conduite d'équipe
