Key account manager digital and classified
Votre mission :
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la commercialisation de notre catalogue de produits digitaux et dans la prospection de nouveaux partenariats, avec un focus particulier sur le développement commercial de notre plateforme www.letempsemploi.ch.
Vos responsabilités :
Commercialisation des produits digitaux : Vous serez responsable de la commercialisation de notre catalogue complet de produits digitaux, incluant les solutions display, native, newsletters, etc., auprès des entreprises et institutions de la région romande. Vous devrez identifier les besoins des clients et proposer les solutions les plus adaptées pour maximiser leur visibilité.
Prospection active : Vous aurez pour mission de prospecter de nouveaux clients pour notre plateforme classified www.letempsemploi.ch. Votre objectif sera de développer notre portefeuille clients en engageant de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
Suivi et gestion de portefeuille clients : Vous assurerez le suivi et la gestion du portefeuille clients, en veillant à maintenir une relation de confiance et à fidéliser notre clientèle.
Élaboration des supports commerciaux : Vous participerez à l’élaboration des supports commerciaux, en collaboration avec les équipes marketing et communication, afin de créer des outils efficaces et pertinents pour soutenir vos actions de vente.
Participation active aux séances d'équipe : Vous serez un membre actif de l’équipe, participant aux séances hebdomadaires et contribuant par vos idées et suggestions. Votre proactivité et votre capacité à être force de proposition seront des atouts majeurs pour le développement de nos activités.
Profil requis :
Formation en vente et stratégie commerciale : Maturité professionnelle ou tout titre jugé équivalent
Expérience requise dans un rôle similaire, dans un environnement digital et/ou marketplace, (idéalement dans un poste de commercial pour un portail emploi ou immobilier)
Excellente maîtrise de l’écosystème et des formats de publicité numérique
Vous disposez d’une très grande connaissance du tissu économique romand et possédez un réseau, idéalement dans le domaine de l’emploi
Forte capacité à prospecter et à établir des partenariats stratégiques
Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation
Excellentes connaissances des outils digitaux et des tendances du marché en ligne
Esprit d'équipe et capacité à travailler en collaboration avec différents départements
Langue maternelle française, anglais un atout
Lieu de travail: Travail hybride, Siège de l’entreprise à Genève
Entrée en fonction: 1 septembre 2024 ou à convenir
