Job Description

À propos du poste : 

  • Le technicien de production senior à pour objectif principal de réaliser les activités liées au processus de fabrication d’une substance pharamaceutique active.

  • Il doit être capable de :

  • Respecter les normes cGMP, BDP et EHS

  • Réaliser les activités process de routine et hors routine (complétion planning)

  • Remonter les problématiques techniques et/ou organisationelles

  • Assurer le partage de connaissance avec les collègues

  • Proposer des idées d’ameliorations continues

  • Maitriser une polyvalence et/ou des compétences techniques supplémentaires et/ou etre qualifié formateur

  • Proposer des solutions techniques ou organisationelles

  • Assurer le maintien de l'état des zones de production

Comment vous contribuerez :

  • Responsable de respecter les normes cGMP, BDP et EHS

  • Responsable du suivi de sa formation

  • Responsable de la bonne exécution de son travail

  • Responsable de remonter les problémes rencontrés

  • Etre à 100% autonome sur les activités de sa zone de travail

  • Etre impliqué dans l’amélioration continue

  • Respect et application des leaderships behaviors

  • Respect des processus organisationnels

Ce que vous apportez à Takeda :

  • BAC + 2 (options biotechnologie, chimie, biologie, biochimie) ou équivalent

  • Bonnes connaissances dans un des procédés suivants : culture cellulaire et/ou purification de protéines, activités de support process sur une ligne de production

  • Idéalement CFC de technologue en production chimique et pharmaceutique ou diplôme équivalent

  • Maitrise des règles de Bonne Pratiques de Fabrication (cGMP)

  • Maitrise de l’environnement de travail en zone à atmosphère contrôlée

  • Connaissances des logiciels du pack office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PWP)

  • Bonne communication verbale et écrite en français (niveau minimum B2)

  • Maitrise des opérations de production

  • Maitrise des interactions inter-zones

  • Ancienneté minimum de 3 ans à son poste

  • Bonne communication verbale et écrite

  • Méthode et rigueur dans le travail

  • Disponibilité et flexibilité

  • Sens de l’organisation

  • Caractère dynamique et volontaire

  • Esprit d’equipe

  • Proactif

  • Pédagogie / Coaching

  • Remonte les problèmes de façon claire à son lead ou son superviseur

  • Propose des solutions pertinentes

  • Contact avec les départements partenaires : Maintenance , Automation, QA, QC, groupe déviation, Métrologie, MS et engineering, IT, planning et logistique…
