In dieser vielseitigen und spannenden Funktion als Quality & Safety Manager Aviation (a) sind Sie Ansprechpartner für unser multikulturelles Airport-Team für die Bereiche Quality, Safety & Security, Health und Environment. Mit Ihrer Erfahrung in der zielgruppengerechten Vermittlung von Qualitätsstandards und Arbeitssicherheit, stellen Sie eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicher und tragen aktiv dazu bei, dass unsere Mitarbeitenden jeden Abend gesund nach Hause zurückkehren. 

Sie fungieren als essenzielle Drehscheibe für Best Practice und Qualitätssicherung am Zürich-Flughafen. Es bereitet Ihnen Freude auf allen Hierarchie-Ebenen mit unseren Kunden und Mitarbeitenden zu kommunizieren und bei verschiedenen Aufgaben der Service-Einheiten zu unterstützen.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
  • Verantwortung für die Gesamtkoordination der Sicherheitskonzepte
  • Durchsetzung aller Standards bezüglich Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz und der speziellen Airline- und BAZL-Vorgaben
  • Durchführen von ISS internen Safety Assessment-Schulungen gemäss den flughafenspezifischen Vorgaben und Standards
  • Entwickeln und Umsetzen von Präventivmassnahmen
  • Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Projekten mit aktiver Teamarbeit
  • Koordination, Vorbereitung und Teilnahme externer Audits
  • Optionale Weiterentwicklung der Aufgaben mit Reisetätigkeit
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium
  • Weiterbildung und/oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Aviation, Qualitätsmanagement, Sicherheitsbereich oder Facility Management
  • Affinität zu Arbeitssicherheit & Gesundheitsschutz
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein Muss
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Einwandfreier Leumund (Keine Strafregistereinträge & Betreibungen)
  • Besitz des Fahrausweis Kat. B
