Automation Engineer

Mission : En tant que spécialiste en automatisation industrielle spécialisé en programmation de PLC et de robots, vous serez responsable de garantir le bon fonctionnement, l'efficacité et la fiabilité d'une ligne de production automatisée de batterie au lithium, Ligne M3 ainsi que différents projets liés au MCR du bâtiment. Votre rôle principal consistera à, surveiller, optimiser, maintenir et à programmer les systèmes automatisés, en mettant l'accent sur l'amélioration des performances et l'élimination des erreurs. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de production, de maintenance et d'ingénierie pour atteindre les objectifs de production et de qualité.
Technique :
- Concevoir, développer et modifier des programmes de contrôle pour les PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) et des robots industriels afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement des équipements automatisés;
- Surveiller en temps réel les systèmes automatisés, détecter les dysfonctionnements, les pannes et les bugs, et intervenir rapidement pour résoudre les problèmes et minimiser les temps d'arrêt;
- Analyser les données de production et de performance pour identifier les opportunités d'optimisation;
- Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations visant à augmenter l'efficacité, la productivité et la qualité de la ligne automatisée.
- Identifier les causes sous-jacentes des erreurs et des dysfonctionnements, et mettre en place des solutions durables pour éliminer les problèmes récurrents;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de production, de maintenance, d'ingénierie et de contrôle qualité pour assurer une coordination fluide et résoudre les problèmes rapidement;
- Editer et maintenir une documentation précise des modifications apportées aux programmes, aux configurations et aux équipements automatisés. Assurer une traçabilité complète des interventions;
- Assurer la maintenance préventive/corrective des robots ;
- Concevoir, développer et modifier des installations automatisées ;
- Apporter un support technique aux différents services internes et soutenir le service dans ses différentes activités ;
- Participer à l’amélioration continue des moyens de production ;
Gestion :
- Participer activement à l’amélioration continue de la production, de l’atelier et du service (ex :5S) ;
- Référer et informer le responsable de l’unité des travaux en cours et en cas de retard/problèmes ;
- Organiser et suivre les interventions des fournisseurs et sous-traitants en rapport avec les projets robotiques ;
- Entretenir et développer les relations fournisseurs et sous-traitants en rapport avec les installations robotiques des infrastructures ;
- Assurer la bonne facture des priorités définies par le responsable du service ;
Sécurité :
- Garantir et faire respecter les normes de sécurité au sein de l’atelier afin d’éviter tout accident (objectif « 0 » accident) ;
- Mettre en conformité les moyens de production selon les exigences liées à la sécurité des machines sur la base des instructions du responsable HSE ;
- Organiser les contrôles annuels de la ligne conforméments aux exigences techniques et légales pour la maintenir en conformiter en tout points ;
Formation et expérience:
- Diplôme (ingénieur HES ou Technicien ES) en système industriel, automation industrielle, en informatique industrielle, ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience démontrée minimale de 5 ans dans la programmation de PLC Siemens et de robots industriels (COMAU, KUKA, ABB, Fanuc, etc.).
- Connaissance approfondie des protocoles de communication industrielle (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, etc.).
- Excellentes connaissances des outils informatiques courants, MS Office 365, ERP (Dynamics 365 BC est un plus) ;
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques métiers : Solidworks 3D, Soldiworks electrical ; TiaPortal Siemens.
