Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst:

  • Umfassendes Gebietsmanagement und selbstständige Betreuung Ihres Verkaufsgebietes
  • Aus- und Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen zu Fachärzten (Rheumatologie und Dermatologie) und niedergelassenen GPs
  • Promotion der zu betreuenden Produktpalette
  • Organisation von Workshops und Veranstaltungen und Durchführung von Indikationsschulungen
  • Aufbau von Netzwerken zu Ärztegesellschaften innerhalb des zugeordneten Gebietes
  • Pflege von Kundenkontakten während Kongressteilnahmen und KOL-Management
  • Durchführung, Erfolgskontrolle und Adaption der definierten Verkaufsmassnahmen

Ihre erforderlichen Qualifikationen:

  • Paramedizinische Grundbildung oder Weiterbildung zum Pharmaberater/-spezialist
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Pharma-Aussendienst vorzugsweise im Bereich Rx
  • Zielorientierte Verkaufspersönlichkeit gepaart mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit sowie gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Belastbares, verhandlungs- und abschlussstarkes Verkaufstalent
  • Leistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit positiver Ausstrahlung und einer überzeugenden und kompetenten Argumentationsweise
  • Hohe fachliche Beratungskompetenz mit Affinität zu wissenschaftlichen Produktinformationen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office und CRM
  • Wunsch nach langfristigem Arbeitsverhältnis
