In dieser Funktion übernehmen die Leitung (kommerziell/technisch) von globalen Anlagenbauprojekten (Anlagenbau, Auxiliary Systems, Plant- und Pipeline Engineering). Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die prozessorientierte Abwicklung der Projekte in terminlicher, finanzieller und qualitativer Hinsicht und führen Ihre Projektteams interdisziplinär in der globalen Matrix unserer Mandantin - dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit diversen Abteilungen/Fachspezialisten zusammen (z.B. Einkauf, Sales, Manufacturing, QM, I+C). Sie übernehmen die Projektplanung, Steuerung sowie das Projektcontrolling (inkl. KPI Monitoring, Claim Mgt). Weiter sind Sie der kompetente Ansprechpartner in technischen (z.B. im Bereich Plant Layout/Design, Mechanische Konstruktion, Auslegung) sowie kommerziellen Themen der Kunden, optimieren Prozesse in der globalen Abwicklung und wirken in diversen Gruppen-Projekten im Umfeld des ´Leitgedankens´ Value Engineering mit. Auch diverse weitere Aufgaben wie z.B. die Koordination verschiedener Fachbereiche, Überwachung der Lieferobjekte sowie Projektreportings gehören zu Ihrer vielseitigen Tätigkeit. Anforderungsprofil
Um diese spannende Herausforderung optimal zu meistern, bringen Sie ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium Uni/FH (z.B. Maschinenbau, Process Engineering) mit. Zudem können Sie auf langjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion als Projektleiter im Maschinen- oder Industrie-Anlagenbau (z.B. im Umfeld Gasturbinen, Kraftwerksbau oder Motoren/Kompressoren-Umfeld) zurückgreifen. Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch, zusätzliche Fremdsprachen sind, ebenso wie gute SAP Kenntnisse, von Vorteil. Wenn Sie zudem ein gut organisierter Teamplayer mit starken Project und Change Management Fähigkeiten sind, der sowohl analytische als auch kommunikative Stärken mitbringt, sollten Sie sich baldmöglichst bei uns bewerben.
