Interactive Brokers („IBKR“) sucht einen Operations Analyst (m/w) für unsere Clearing-Abteilung. Die Clearing-Abteilung ist für eine Vielzahl von kritischen Post-Trade-Funktionen für globale Aktien, Derivate, Rohstoffe, festverzinsliche Wertpapiere und andere Anlagepapiere verantwortlich. Zu diesen Funktionen gehören der elektronische Handels- und Positionsabgleich, Prime-Brokerage-Operationen, Bestandsmanagement und Abwicklungsoperationen. IBKR hat hochmoderne proprietäre Clearing- und Back-Office-Systeme entwickelt. In dieser Funktion wirst du diese sich ständig weiterentwickelnden Systeme bedienen, um interessante und einzigartige Probleme in einem schnelllebigen und kollaborativen Umfeld zu lösen. Du wirst auch gefordert sein, an der Entwicklung dieser Systeme mitzuwirken, um ein höheres Mass an betrieblicher Effizienz und Risikominderung zu erreichen und/oder neue Geschäfts- oder Anlageprodukte zu unterstützen. Stellenbeschreibung & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Unterstützung des Handels
  • Überwachung von Abwicklungen
  • Unterstützung von Prime- und Institutional Services
  • Unterstützung interner Gruppen wie Kundenbetreuer und/oder US Accounting
  • Derivative Operationen

Qualifikationen & Fertigkeiten

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise in der Bank- oder Finanzbranche
  • Erfahrung und/oder ein starkes Interesse an den Finanzmärkten
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungs- und analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Hohe Affinität zum Detail und das Bestreben, die Genauigkeit in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld effizient aufrechtzuerhalten 
  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Fliessend in Englisch und Deutsch.
  • Ausgeprägte Computerkenntnisse und Kompetenz im Umgang mit MS Office Applikationen sind von Vorteil. 
  • Bewerber auf Einstiegsniveau sind willkommen. Berufserfahrung ist ein Plus.
