Relationship Manager Private Banking

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for the first line of control checks of clients’ instructions, trades, transfers, request for information etc.., so they are accurate, timely executed and recorded;
- Supporting of the Private Bankers and the Private Banking Assistant desk during absences with respect to: deposits, cash management, corporate actions, cash transfers and invoice payments;
- Supporting the team of Bankers with compliance documentation;
- Administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Swiss CFC certificate in commerce / banking
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Private Banking Assistant or an administrative banking secretarial position
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft tools; S2i is a real plus
- Excellent attention to detail, rigorous and organized
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent working knowledge of English, with good communication team skills
