In dieser anspruchsvollen Position sind Sie verantwortlich für das juristische Kompetenzzentrum der Bank. Sie beraten und unterstützen die Geschäftsleitung und Fachabteilungen bei juristischen Fragen oder auch wenn externer juristischer Support nötig ist.

Sie

  • Beraten die Mitarbeitenden im Tagesgeschäft zu rechtlichen und regulatorischen Fragen mit Bezug zum Bankengeschäft sowie im Zusammenhang mit Outsourcing-Dienstleistungen
  • unterstützen bei rechtlicher Definition und Einführung neuer Produkte und Dienstleistungen
  • erstellen Risiko-Analysen in Bezug auf (aufsichts-)rechtliche Sachverhalte
  • prüfen, erstellen und verhandeln von Verträgen (z.B. Standard-Bankverträge, Lieferanten-Verträge)
  • sind für die Ablage des Weisungswesens verantwortlich
  • koordinieren und beantworten Behördenanfragen
  • helfen bei internen Projekten mit
  • unterstützen Gruppen-Funktionen bei Legal-Themen gemäss internen SLAs
  • übernehmen weitere, von anderen Funktionen, Aufgaben wie:
    • Beschwerde-Management
    • »Regulatory Monitoring»

 Um in dieser Funktion erfolgreich zu sein, verfügen Sie über

  • ein abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium (MLaw)
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechtsdienst eines Schweizer Unternehmens, idealerweise in einer Bank oder einem anderen Unternehmen im Finanzbereich
  • Fachkenntnisse im Vertragswesen (Erstellung, Prüfung und Verhandlung von Verträgen aller Art, insbesondere Lieferantenverträge, banktypische Standard-Verträge, NDAs) und im Gesellschaftsrecht
  • Muttersprache Deutsch, sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Englischkenntnisse (mind. Niveau C1)
