Position: Senior Legal Counsel
Sector: Industry
Start Date: July 2024
Duration: 9-12 months
Utilization: 100%
Location: Zurich
Salary: CHF 160’000+

Tasks
  • Serve as the Anti-Bribery and Corruption SME to ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures
  • Address and respond to escalations from the business regarding ABAC policies, including Conflict of Interests checks, Gifts, Travel, and Hospitality policies
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Group strategies
  • Develop and execute responses to testing results provided by the Internal Audit function, ensuring compliance and addressing any identified issues
Requirements
  • Fluency in English
  • Resident in Switzerland
  • Min. 10 years’ of PQE
  • Extensive experience in anti-bribery and corruption compliance, with a deep understanding of relevant policies and regulations.
