SUPPLY CHAIN & PROCUREMENT PROGRAMM MANAGEMENT SUPPLY CHAIN Ihr Arbeitsort: Stans, Switzerland Ihre Aufgaben Aufbau und kontinuierliches Fördern eines umfassenden Verständnisses für die verschiedenen Planungsebenen (strategische, taktische und operative Planung) und deren Zusammenspiel innerhalb des Unternehmens durch Schulungen und adressgerechter Kommunikation Definition, Aufbau und fortlaufende Weiterentwickeln der internationalen Prozesse zur Materialflusssteuerung und Operationsplanung, mit dem Ziel effiziente Planung und Steuerung entlang der globalen Lieferketten zu ermöglichen und kontinuierlich zu verbessern Ableiten, Aufzeigen und Implementieren von Standards und Best Practices (insbes.
aus vergleichbaren Industrien und aus der Aviation), die eine globale Konsistenz und Transparenz in den Planungsprozessen sicherstellen Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Materialflusses über internationale Standorte hinweg, von der Bedarfsplanung bis zur Lagerhaltung und Auslieferung, durch enge Abstimmung mit internationalen Standorten und externen Partnern, um globale Lieferkettenengpässe zu vermeiden und Bestände weltweit optimal zu steuern Verantwortung für Digitalisierung, Planungstools und entsprechende Planungs- und Steuerungs-Strategien einschliesslich Schulung und Support für Nutzer sowie Betreuung von Implementierungspartnern Optimierung und Anpassung der Bedarfs- und Kapazitätsplanung, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Produktions- und Logistikteams, durch Entwicklung und Nutzung von Forecasting-Modellen zur präzisen Bedarfsermittlung und langfristigen Kapazitätsplanung Leitung und Unterstützung von internationalen Projekten zur Optimierung der Planungs- und Materialflussprozesse sowie zur Einführung neuer Technologien oder Systeme in enger Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams Damit überzeugen Sie uns Diplom oder Master im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Supply Chain oder Projektwesen Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Planung und Materialflusssteuerung in internationalen Produktionsunternehmen Fundierte SAP S/4 HANA Kenntnisse, insbesondere PPDS und EWM sowie Kenntnis von marktüblichen Planungssuiten wie z.
