It Project Manager Digital Transformation

Für unseren Kunden welcher als Schweizer IT Dienstleistungsunternehmen tätig ist und sich seit Jahren einen festen Platz in der IT Branche erarbeiten konnte, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen versierten und motivierten Projekt Manager in einem 80 - 100% Pensum.Aufgaben- Eigenverantwortliches Führen und Unterstützen von strategischen und operativen Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung im Warenwirtschafts- und ERP-Bereich- Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen basierend auf Anforderungen aus den Fachabteilungen- Sicherstellen eines erfolgreichen, ganzheitlichen und resultatorientierten Projektmanagements mittels klassischen und agilen Methoden- Überwachung der Projektziele, Unterstützung in der Projektmethodik sowie Einhaltung der Kostenbudgets- Führung und Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Projektmitgliedern in einem internationalen Kontext- Erarbeiten von Management-Präsentationen als Informations- und EntscheidungsgrundlageProfil- Wir suchen eine proaktive und resultatorientierte Persönlichkeit mit entsprechender Weiterbildung (Wirtschaftsinformatik, o.ä.) - Sie haben Erfahrung in ERP-Einführungsprojekten und Prozessoptimierungen, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Warenwirtschaftsprozessen im SCM-Bereich- Sie können fundierte berufliche Erfahrung im klassischen Projektmanagement oder in der Unternehmensberatung ausweisen- Zudem verfügen Sie über sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz- Eine lösungsorientierte, selbständige und netzwerkorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine Macher-Mentalität zeichnen Sie aus- Sie fühlen sich in einem internationalen und zugleich familiären Umfeld wohl und überzeugen mit Ihrer Teamfähigkeit- Ein versierter Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen, ERP-Systemen sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil abWissenswertes- Einzigartige, familiäre Kultur mit langfristig und nachhaltig ausgerichteter Unternehmensführung- Internes Kurs- und Freizeitangebot sowie Unterstützung bei externen Weiterbildungen- Moderne Arbeitszeitmodelle, wie z.
