What You’ll Do: In this critical role, you will be at the center of our client’s production planning and operations, helping to ensure that products are made to the highest standards and delivered on time.
You will design, implement, and refine production schedules, ensuring seamless workflows from start to finish.
Prioritize production schedules: You’ll translate production orders into detailed, actionable plans and ensure they are communicated clearly across departments, utilizing cutting-edge ERP systems to keep everything on track.
End-to-end production planning: Develop and communicate comprehensive production plans that optimize the use of resources, balancing supply and demand while meeting tight delivery deadlines.
Collaborate with shop floor teams: You’ll serve as the main point of contact for production teams, working closely with them to ensure that planning aligns with real-time operations and swiftly addressing any potential roadblocks.
Evaluate production performance: Regularly monitor and evaluate key production metrics to ensure that the team is hitting performance targets and identifying areas for improvement.
Coordinate logistics documentation: Ensure the preparation of transport documents for both domestic a ontinuous process improvement: Take the lead in reviewing current production systems and processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness while aligning with the organization’s broader goals.
Optimize the supply chain: Coordinate with supply chain teams to streamline activities, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure processes are working as smoothly as possible.
Document workflows: Ensure that all production and supply chain processes are thoroughly documented and updated, providing a clear roadmap for improvements and audit purposes.
Lead and participate in supply chain projects: Drive key initiatives within the supply chain, from the introduction of new technologies to the improvement of existing production processes, ensuring our client remains at the cutting edge of the cosmetics industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with various stakeholders across departments, leading projects that enhance production capabilities and improve overall operational performance.
What We’re Looking For: Our client is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your profile: Experience: You bring hands-on experience in production planning , ideally within manufacturing.
Experience in FOOD, cosmetics, consumer goods, or a related industry is a big plus.
Technical Expertise: ABACUS and Advanced Excel skills are essential.
Analytical Skills: You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy using data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
Communication & Collaboration: You’re a clear communicator who enjoys working in cross-functional teams, bridging gaps between production, supply chain, and logistics.
Language Skills: Fluent German is a must , along with good English proficiency to effectively operate in a global environment.
Organizational Skills: Your methodical, organized approach ensures smooth workflows, even when managing multiple priorities.
